Congratulations on another Utah Youth Superstate Championship!  Amazing results for our club!  Also congratulations to all region 8 placers! 25 MMHS wrestlers from our club, 1 Provo club member, 4 Salem Hills club members, one Mountain View, and all but one Springville placer all past or current members of our club.  In all, over 35 high schoolers going to state from region 8.  Please know that I admire these young men and women for their excellence.

NO city recreation or club practice for two weeks.  We will start the week after High School State is over.  This will be phase three.  All City Recreation/club now for PreK-12th graders from here on out.  More details of age specific practices will be posted soon.

HUGE upcoming events:  1) Top ranked Penn State Nittony Lions are coming to town this Saturday at 7:00 PM to wrestle our up and coming UVU Wolverines.  Don’t miss it.  Discount tickets available for USA members.  This may sell out and is at the UCCU events center instead of the Shurian Center.  They also have matches against North Dakota and South Dakota State on Friday at 5 and 7 respectively.

2) 4A High School state championships will be Wednesday and Thursday of the following week.  Put it on your schedules.  This is also a must see event if you want your youth wrestlers to catch the ultimate vision of what they are working for now.  This event will also be at UVU in the UCCU center.
