Athletes should attend State Team and Fundamentals practices at the locations nearest to their home. All National Team practices are centralized in Orem to bring the most advanced wrestlers from each location together twice a week.

If a State Team practice becomes too full, we will split the practice groups in two, with the younger group starting at 4:00 and the older group starting at 5:15 (or 5:00 and 6:15 in the case of Lehi HS in the winter season).
